A practical and positive evidence-based course for parents who are preparing for, going through or have gone through a separation or divorce.
Parents Under Pressure Programme
The Parents Under Pressure (PuP) program combines psychological principles relating to parenting, child behaviour and parental emotion regulation within a case management model. The program is home based and designed for families in which there are many difficult life circumstances that impact on family functioning.
Circle of Security Parenting Programme
The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. Secure children are happier, less angry, kinder, and able to get on better with family and friends. They trust the people they love and are able to solve problems.
Child to parent Non-Violent Resistance Programme (NVR)
This programme is suitable for any parent/carer who feels controlled, intimidated or threatened by their child/teenager. It's also for any parent/carer who feels that they have to adapt their behaviour because of threats, use of abuse or violence from their child or teenager.
TLC Kidz Programme
The TLC KIDZ project is a community co-ordinated response for children and mothers who have experienced domestic violence and abuse. The project seeks to raise awareness and increase understanding around the impact of such experiences on children.
